The holiday cottages are in a peaceful rural setting but also the perfect location for quick and easy access to the Broads, the coast or Norwich. With good roads and a mainline rail station at Hoveton & Wroxham, just 2 miles away, it is easy to travel around.

The Coasthopper bus shadows the Norfolk Coast Path National Trail all the way along from Hunstanton to Cromer, so it is really easy to take the bus, get off for a good walk, and rejoin the bus a bit further along the route. What is more the Peddars Way National Trail also reaches the coast at Holme next the Sea. The Norfolk Coast Path National Trail is a brilliant way of enjoying the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and combined with Coasthopper makes it easy to access while leaving the car behind!
