Our luxury self-catering holiday cottages are set in ten acres of landscaped grounds in the tranquil Norfolk countryside, just two miles from the bustling village of Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads. Our superb location within the Norfolk Broads National Park, between the cathedral city of Norwich and the stunning North Norfolk coast, makes us an excellent choice for a self-catering family holiday in Norfolk.

Our self-catering holiday cottages have been converted from traditional Norfolk barns, with great care taken in order to retain the oak-beamed character of the original buildings, while still providing the very latest in comfort to create the perfect holiday escape.

Nutmeg and Plum Tree Cottages both have south-facing patios with private gardens opening on to beautiful landscaped grounds with a huge grassy play area, a native woodland tree belt, wildflower area and nature pond. Our prices are fully inclusive, with bed linen, towels, lighting, heating and logs all included in the rent. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and there are flat-screen televisions in the sitting rooms. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, king-size beds in the doubles, deep luxury mattresses and King of Cotton linens. Plum Tree Cottage has a ground-floor double bedroom, while Nutmeg is all on one level. Cots, high chairs and a stairgate are supplied on request.
