The very comfortable open plan sitting/dining room has views over a meadow and nature pond, with French doors opening on to a sunny enclosed patio with its own very pretty garden. It’s an ideal private spot for enjoying a glass of wine while you watch a fabulous Norfolk sunset. In the winter snuggle in and enjoy the warmth of the woodburning stove.

Nutmeg is also great for all those that need a property easy to move around in - as it is all on one level with no steps to negotiate.

The fully fitted kitchen is light, airy and overlooks a garden with wishing well. It is extremely well equipped, with all modern amenities and is spotlessly clean!
