Ground Floor Accommodation

• Bright and airy kitchen-dining area with exposed beams and large glazed area with double doors leading out into a private patio and garden.
• Well equipped kitchen with solid hot-plate hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and microwave.
• Tiled dining area with large bookcase and table and chairs for six overlooking the patio and grounds.
• Entrance hall with access to utility area with washing machine, airing cupboard, storage and a downstairs toilet.
• Spacious and stylish living room with log-burning stove. A galleried landing seamlessly blends contemporary chic with rustic charm. Evidence of the barn's previous use abounds, but this space now contains two comfortable sofas, two cosy armchairs, and a flat-screen television with Freeview and DVD player.
• Accessed from the living area is a spacious double bedroom with exposed beams. This is furnished with a king-size Original Bedstead Company iron bed with luxury mattress and King of Cotton linens, a large chest of drawers, plenty of cupboard space, and a luxury en-suite wet-room with a walk-in shower, travertine tiles and sensor lighting.

First Floor Accommodation

• Galleried landing.
• Double bedroom with exposed beams, a private en-suite with glazed shower, and lovely views over the grounds. Furnished with a king-size Original Bed Company iron bed with luxury mattress and King of Cotton linens, a chest of drawers, and plenty of cupboard space.
• Third bedroom identical to the second, including an en-suite, but furnished with two 3-foot single beds, and perfect views of the beautiful sunsets.

Outdoors

• Gated private patio and garden with outside furniture to seat six guests. This is an ideal place in which to sit with a glass of wine while watching our resident barn owl.
• Parking for up to three cars.
• Huge grassy landscaped area for playing and kite flying.
• Short walk from our private miniature steam railway.
